1. Choose reference products
Browse by sport or garment type and note the product codes of the designs you prefer. Add suitable items to your quote selection. If a reference shows only one part of a kit, state which additional pieces you need.
Keep alternative designs separate from the confirmed quantities. This makes it easier to compare options without accidentally requesting every variation as a separate order.
2. Prepare a size and artwork brief
- Product code and quantity for each garment.
- Size breakdown, with youth and adult needs identified.
- Preferred colours and any available colour references.
- Your authorised logo files, player names and numbers.
- Delivery country, city and the date you need the garments.
- Fabric, fit or decoration requirements that are essential to the project.
3. Send the quote request
Open your bag, review the selected items and continue to the request form. Enter your contact and delivery details, then use the notes field for sizes, colours and other requirements. Check the information before submitting.
You can also contact the team by email, phone or WhatsApp using the links on the contact page. Quote the product code so the team knows which reference you mean. A sent request is not an order confirmation.
4. Review the response before approval
Confirm the materials, garment measurements, artwork positions, quantities and full quoted cost. Discuss sample requirements, production timing and delivery terms. Ask questions about anything that differs from your original brief.
Keep one approved specification and roster. If details change, ask for the revised quotation and design version to be confirmed together so both sides are working from the same information.
5. Keep a record for repeat orders
Save the final product codes, artwork files, size information and agreed specification. For a later addition to the team, ask about the current minimum quantity and whether materials and colours can be matched to the earlier batch.
